Anyone know whats happening with Vinh Hoa?

Question

It was a Vietnamese restaurant around 7th and Christian in South Philly. Excellent food and a nice atmosphere. We went one day (a lot of years ago) - the sign said they went back to Vietnam. They were more upscale than the other Vietnamese restaurants. Has anyone heard of them coming back?
