Here in the US, we can buy them from Walmart, any Pharmacy, and even some chain grocery stores.

Yes, you'll want to look in a pharmacy for one.  You might want to look in the feminine hygiene aisle and not the aisle with laxatives or the small bottles of saline e***a solutions because most e***a bags are combined with vaginal douche attachments.  Because of that, they're often put in the feminine hygiene aisle.  Good luck.
