Anyone know where I can find a Gearcase for a 1976 7.5HP 2 Cyl Outboard Mercury motor?

It hasn't come in yet, and I just won it from E-bay for $225.00 . Now I see why. That parts are (so far) hard to find. I'm sort of regretting it, but it's a lesson well learned anyway. But if I can get it working, mabe I can sell it again or get some use out of it. From what I was told, it's a good runner, and all it needs is a new lower unit. Serial starts off as #431xxx .
