Well you can see all the rules at the USGA website:  www.usga.org, but I don't know what it will look like if you try to download and print it from there.  For about $5 they will send you an offical rule book that is nice and neat and tidy and fits in your golf bag easily.  Glad to hear you want to get your hands on the rules though, wish more golfers familiarized themselves with the rules.
