Anyone know where I can find a map of Europe in 1250 Middle Ages?

I need a map of Europe with boundaries and labels as they would have been in 1250. Help?

use your local library get off the internet and hit the books of the middle ages and mapping in europe maps were hard to come by because they really didn't start printing them till the 1400's
