Anyone know where I can find a pair of Metallica running shoes?

They only sold those shoes at the Metstore for a little while. Why don't you order some metallica patches and sew/glue them onto some shoes. It will still look cool...

I was bummed because they never made them small enough for me- I have pretty big feet for a girl but the small sizes sold out so fast!

They are no longer being made, your best bet would probably be thru ebay, but beware of knockoffs/
