go to B&N's sit down and go thru all the books focused on groom speeches. pull sentences that  catch ur eye and tie then in with ur our ideas. (don't worry when u find good sentences u'll   have stuff to add to it.) make it ur own.

Here is a site that has speeches for everyone: http://www.freeweddingtoasts.net  If you don't see any good ones there, just google wedding toasts and other sites will pop up.

In your heart!  There is nothing better than speaking from your own experiences with the groom.  

It can be as simple as, "to my best friend/brother/cousin....(whatever he is to you) and his new bride (use her name)...let's raise our glasses in their honor", if your nervous!
