Anyone know a place in Toronto where I can rent suits for a destination wedding which charges by the week instead of by the day?

I would call places around there and explain your situation.  Try using an independent shop instead of one belonging to a corporation.  They might be more likely to help you.  I don't know of any places in particular, but it doesn't hurt to try.
