I have a car i need to sell that is running pretty well but needs some work done on the engine. there is also a nice bodykit on it but i kinda of reversed it into something and half the back bumper came off! couldnt afford to get it fixed so iv been driving around with it like that for ages. the rest of the bodykit has a few cracks on it. there are a few other small problems that can be easy fixed but again i dont have the cash to do it.l buying a used car in the next few days+wanna get rid of this one pretty quickly. would LOVE to keep it and get it fixed up totally myself but dont have the money. Its a 93 car so its also getting on a bit. i love it but its a headache at this stage.I dont expect TOO much money for it.i know most dealers will laugh at me if i bring in a car with half a back bumper(i av the half that came off in the boot!)do u know of anywhere that would buy a car like this? what are my options?i dont wana scrap it cos it stil a good+attractive car,+need the money!

  1. Just advertise it anywhere. If it already has a bodykit on it, the future buyer might be interested in working on it. You just have to find the right buyer. Most new back bumpers from bodykits cost about 350 euro, plus 200 give or take for spraying and fitting.

  2. Auto trader do they have an ireland version?

  3. you might be suprised what dealers might offer you for your car just to get a sale, failing that put it in local papers or free ads and describe the condition of the car honestly, loads of new drivers love doing their cars up themselves, thats how i started out and am now a panel beater/sprayer

  4. Craigslist.

  5. stick it on ebay with a full discription.....

  6. try your local craigslist

  7. I am a student living in Northern Ireland and I am looking for a car soon. What model is the car, how many miles are on it and how much are you looking for it? Matt

  8. Sell your car on MarketWall:

  9. ebay.  mention all the problems and put a reserve on it.
