Anyone know where can buy delicious kimchi in JB?

i very like to eat kimchi, but can't be always go korean restaurant to eat coz cost a bomb to me.... so may someone tell me where can buy the delicious kimchi with normal price (sorry~ too greedy)? thanks you loh~

you can buy it at an asian market in/near you hometown. some american market sells them but very hard to find.

I wish I could help you, but JB could stand for many places.  Since  I do not know where you are, perhaps you may want to do what we do, make your own.  Here is a pretty easy recipe.

     2 lbs.         vegetables (cabbage, daikon, and cucumber)

     2 T.           salt

     1 1/2 T.       minced onion

     1 t.           minced garlic

     2/3 t.         minced gingerroot

     1/2-1 T.       ground red pepper (or crushed red pepper)

Procedure

Wash and drain vegetables. Peel daikon and cucumber. Slice vegetables into small pieces. Sprinkle with 2 T. salt and let stand for 3-4 hours. Press out liquid. Mix vegetables well with onion, garlic, gingerroot, and red pepper. Put vegetables in a large glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Leave in jar in refrigerator for 3-4 days. Serve with meals. Makes about 2 pints

I think that you will have better chance getting good Kim-chi from Parkway Parade Singapore at Basement Level 1...near Cold Storage Supermarket.
