  1. If you mean uncooked prawns then any fish counter in any large supermarket will do them.


  2. I'm not sure which part of London you live in, but Fishworks usually has very good prawns and has branches in Marylebone and Chiswick.  In the centre Richards in Brewer Street is an excellent fish shop also.

    Try and buy prawns from specialist places like these rather than supermarkets.
