Anyone know where i can rent a stick-shift car in Georgia?

Many new-car dealers rent cars. My totyota dealer does and I know a number of others do too. That is probably your best bet in finding a manual stick shift.

try the big name dealerships

Bill Heard/Tom Jumper at 888-467-7403 and Jim Ellis 770-457-8211. These are enormous companies and might be worth a shot.

Unfortunately, most cars today have automatic transmissions.

Places like Hertz, Avis and Enterprise have only automobiles

because most people drive a car with a "automatic transmission".

Almost ALL automobile makers make cars with automatic transmissions

and a stick-shift car is usually a "special order" vehicles.  

Cars that have stick-shifts available are usually sport cars

(Car rental places don't have these because there is not

a HIGH demand for this car)

Very small foreign sub-compacts like the Austin-Mini...

(Again, not a high demand for these car in car rental places)

Your only best bet is to try a trunk rental place

like "U-Haul" , they may have a small truck

with a standard transmission.

I hate to say this that you're out of luck.
