I am looking for a 110~220 volt input converted to 28 volt 10 amp output power supply. The unit must be small and light weight. Anyone know where i could find one?

hard to find, 24 volts is much more common.

Here is one:

It's 24 volts but the spec sheet says it can be adjusted to 28 volts.
