It could be the Gort barracks or the Llanelly barracks, located close together in Düsseldorf Hubbelrath.

Coordinates are 51° 15.5'N / 6° 52.5'E

But I guess what you mean is Roy Barracks, which is much closer (only 1.5 miles) to Düsseldorf Airport although the areal belongs to the city of Ratingen.

Coordinates were somewhere around 51° 16.3'N / 6° 49.2'E. But as far as I know, the buildings have been dozed.
