Anyone know where the "Yummy Crab" stall at botanical garden shifted to? I love the "tan hoon crab" there.

well, not too sure where they moved to, maybe you can try view this local Sg site 88db to look for hawkers or restaurants selling nice and delicious tan hoon crab
