I'm not going to consume it. It's for educational purposes only. I'm doing a report on non poisonous hallucinogenic mushrooms preferably mushrooms with high potency of psilocybin and psilocin. The web hasn't provided me with enough information needed. So I'm going to have to study these up close while they're still mounted on the ground. Educational Only!

  1. The question should not be where can I find them... as much as where to they grow... then you will know where to look.

The links below are pretty good about getting you started on your educational project.

As a general rule, mushrooms of all types prefer moist, cool environments with minimal light.  don't know where you will find this in your area, though.

You might consider talking with a botanist at your local college or university.  They would have more knowledge of plant types and locals than anyone else... except the drug dealers, of course.

Hope this gets your started at least.

    Peace

  2. Sweetie this is a bad idea to try and "study" them up close. Why not buy some shitaki mushrooms from the grocery store and point out the differences between edible and hallucinogenic mushrooms. Good luck.
