i don't know about tony stewart specific checks, but i do know that greendotonline.com offers a nascar reloadable visa debit card that's pretty d@mn cool.  i use one for day-to-day purchases and i get a lot of "where can i get one of those?"  and b of a offers the bank cards as well - i just don't know about checks.

My bank offers different checks that you can get and NASCAR and NASCAR drivers are part of those choices you can also order them from places like current, Bradford Exchange etc..etc..
