Song is called "Venus" By Bananarama.

Orignally Written and performed By a Dutch band called "The Shocking Blue in 1969 however the popular cover was performed by bananarama in 1986, which is the version that everyone familiarises with. It's off the "True Confessions" Album.

Actually it's a studio group doing a remix of the Bananarama version of Venus. You might write Gillette if you have to know exactly who sings it. A lot of commericals that use hit songs don't actually use the "real" version, they hire singers and musicians to record the song to fit their use in the commerical. That's why you're not hearing all the lyrics.

The name of the band that originally recorded that song was called  The Shocking Blue. I have not seen the commercial so I don't know if they are using the original recording or not. I do believe that somebody else recorded that song a few years ago. I do not remember who it was.
