  1. Who said you couldn't??

    Do it.

  2. It can, but it won't taste as good as it did fresh.  I suppose if you're into iced coffee it would be fine.  I wouldn't know for sure on that one, 'cuz I only drink it hot.

  3. I save mine.  I usually turn it into iced coffee.  Put desired amounts of coffee, half & half, and flavoring in a pitcher.  Chill.  OR (the easy way):  Get a bottle of flavored liquid cream (Coffee-mate or International Delights), and add to coffee.  Chill.

You can also nuke coffee the next day...but it usually has a bittery/burnt taste to it.

  4. It can be.

I am not a coffee drinker but my Dad is. He has always done this. Brew an entire pot and put the rest in the fridge for the rest of the week.

  5. The flavor is contained in suspended oils in the coffee which are easily oxidized, and lost. As a concentrated flavoring, you can save it, if you then mix it with a lot of milk or cream.

But the only way to get fresh coffee flavor and aroma is from freshly roasted, freshly ground, and freshly brewed gourmet coffees.

Get it delivered fresh every month, like I do, and enjoy the best there is.

  6. If you plan to serve it as iced coffee, here's a recipe to make it for that purpose-

  7. I've done that many times. Most often with the extra large coffees I have bought at convenience stores and wasn't able to finish. I just refrigerate, remove the lid and microwave the next day, and I never noticed a difference in the taste. Was I not supposed to do that? Never heard that before.
