  1. You will loose your deposit which is usually 10% (depending on what cruise line it is) of the total price from the cruise line not what your agent may have charged you which will be discounted have a look at your invoice from the cruise line not the agent the total figure on there will be thier price you should be able to work out the deposit from that.  You wont be able to get your deposit back due to that fact that it is not a reason covered by insurance e.g medical etc not being able to get the time off work is not a valid reason im afraid and the cruise line will only advise you that you should have checked your dates first.

  2. Partial refund but check now because the longer you wait the nless money you get refunded. Contact where you booked.

  3. yes you will

you should be able to get all of it back the average time is about 60-90 days befor sail date, and it is proactive from there

  4. You must read your papers you ecieved from the cruise line when you initally booked. They will inform you of the terms of your contract. Typically, for people who book early, they must pay in full by 90 days before departure. Before then, you can cancel the reservations and ask for a full refund. They may or may not take a small processing fee from your monies, again this is outlined in your confirmation and can be found out by going to the web site for your cruide line and reading their rules.

  5. You should be able to as you have more than enough notice. If this cruise is over the holiday season, you usually have to cancel 90 days or more. This is all providing that you booked directly with the cruise line. If you booked with a tour operator or some sort of discount agency, there may be fees involved to cancel or you may not be able to cancel at all.

  6. Why on earth did you pay in full so early?  possession is 9 points of the law!!!!!!   It would have been much easier to discuss with travel agent if you owed them money, instead of trying to get a refund!

Read your booking conditions small print and contact them, you will probably only get a partial refund.

You may be able to claim off your travel insurance (once again read the small print) for whatever loss you suffer.

  7. since it's still on Dec, you can get a refund but some restrictions may apply.  read your invoice where the contract is stated or you can call the cruise line to start getting that refund asap.  they will charge you for some processing fees but at least you will get a refund.
