just about things you've dealt with in the past and how you dealt with them, customer wise.

"Name a difficult situation in your life. How did you get through it?"

"When asked a question, are you happy to help, or do you feel that they should work it out for themselves?"

"Are you a leader or a listener?"

That should get you started.
