  1. Are they homeschooling texts and work books?  If so, try these places:

    http://www.homeschoolbuy.com

    http://www.homeschoolbuyersco-op.org (free classifieds)

    http://www.vegsource.com/homeschool/

If you'd like to "exchange" them for other books (of all types), then try:

    http://www.paperbackswap.com

  2. Hey,

I recommend selling used textbooks on the following sites:

    http://www.ebay.com/

    http://www.alibris.com/

    Sometimes (depending on book):

    http://www.barnesandnoble.com/frames/sel...

    http://www.half.ebay.com/

    http://www.amazon.com/

    Hope this helps!

  3. also try www.half.com (owned by ebay)

    also www.swapsimple.com

    also www.craigslist.com

  4. I've always sold my college books on Half.com (http://www.half.com) or Amazon Marketplace (http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/d...

If they're specifically home school books you might have a hard time selling them there though. I have old Bob Jones text books that aren't in the half.com or Amazon database.

In that case you might want to try Ebay (http://www.ebay.com). I've also heard good things about VegSource (http://www.vegsource.com/homeschool/)  though I've never used it personally.

  5. I'd suggest Ebay - you can set your own prices.

There really aren't any sites that will buy them back from you, but you can either sell them on Ebay or at a used book fair in your area.  Good-condition textbooks should sell pretty well either way :)
