I'm with HR for employees relations and as part of incentives for regular employees we are giving them some perks and a free long distance is one of them. Can anyone suggest something that can be use and share with a group of people without the hassle of setting it up individually?

  1. Onesuite.com has a service called business account specifically for these kind of needs.

An excerpt from their website -> http://www.onesuite.com/products_osbiz.a...

    What is Onesuite Business

"It’s a master account, or simply a multiple account management tool that allows an administrator to create and manage up to 999 sub-accounts. The administrator can create or delete sub-accounts, monitor call history, transfer balance to/from sub- accounts; search and update account information, while the individual users can still login to their accounts separately and manage different feature set-ups.

It’s a great tool for small businesses, organizations or departmental budget management!"

  2. Sure here is the site... u can buy a calling card and put all the number of the people that will be using it and u get to recharge it over and over.. plus no pin number is required to access it..  they can use a local number to access it too... it works great for my company .... Good Luck....

  3. Must agree with Jacqueline above ^^^

We are a big family and we started using this Onesuite Business thing, my dad has the master account and he give us 5 siblings sub accounts and $10 monthly allowance. Perfect if you want full control over how much sub accounts can use and you can always refill it anytime.
