i applied online for some jobs and posted my resume online. sadly,so far, the only responses i got are thank you messages for checking such job out. but now i'm getting some letters from insurance companies (actually only two from american income and united american insurance)saying they saw my resume and their hiring all people of all backgrounds, and they want me to try it, so and so.

is this any good? i mean does it really work. isn't it too good to be true? though i know that there would still be some screening so it's not so good to be true after all. yet it's still a little weird. anyone else have the same experience? or is already working for them and got the job through this online hiring?

  1. My guess is its a win /win situation for them as they probably plan on paying on commision. Meaning you don't get apid till you sell something. So if they put 1000 salepeople out there and 2 of them sells something, they only pay 2 people but have 998 more chances of selling something and it isn't costing them anything.

    Just my guess!

  2. They probly just want you to sell on commission.  And, there are a lot of scams out there.    What kind of position were you applying for?

I would not trust these companies.

  3. I'm not familiar with A.U., but AIL is the same as World Financial Group and any other MLM company out there.  They hirer anyone off the street and make bold claims about making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, but don't tell you the downsides.  for the most part their goal is to train you to recruit others into the business as well.  Any time someone approaches you from an industry that you have no experience in be leary
