Anyone knows how to go to Canning Vale (Perth WA)?

Im new here, and I was asked to go to a studio on Thursday. Its address is: Unit 2 / 48 Vinnicombe Drive

Canning Vale, 6155.

I live near Joondalup train station, and I'll go by train / bus. I've searched the route on Transperth's website, but the problem is - when I typed the location Canning Vale, it shows many results -

Canning Vale (suburb)

Canning Vale College

Canning Vale Markets

Canning Vale Oval

Canning Vale Centre park

Canning Vale Post office

Canning Vale Primary school

Canning Vale East primary school

Canning Vale South post office.

Im kinda confused, can anyone tell me how to go to that studio and which location above is near there?

have you tried looking it up on www.whereis.com.au? that should be able to give you directions to the exact address.

Catch the train to Murdoch station then bus to Canning Vale. The 208 will take you down Bannister rd & that will put in within walking distance of Vinnicombe. ask the driver of the bus, he or she will be able to tell the best stop to get off at.
