  1. well i know how to make a chip chocolate cake:

    ingredients

    1.crust

    2.2 bars of cream chese

    3.semi sweet chocolate or oreos(in my case it was oreos)this item is to decorate the cake is optional.

    4.2 eggs

    5.1 tbs of vanilla

    6. 1/2 cup of sugar

    directions:

    1.turn on the oven at 350 F.

    2.cut the cream chese in small pieces.

    3.put the cream chese, the sugar,and the vanilla in the electronic mixer and mix at medium speed.

    4.put the eggs in the mixer one by one and then mix again.

    5. get the mixed stuffs out of the mixer and then put the semi sweet chocolate in the mixer and mix.

    6.put the mixed things in the crust(except the chocoalte semi sweet).

    7.put it in the oven for 45 minutes.

    8.after the its a little colder put it in the refrigerator for one hour.

    9.decorate with whip cream and semi sweet chocolate or oreo.

  3. CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE  

    1 c. vanilla or chocolate ice cream

    1/4 c. milk

    2 tbsp. chocolate sauce

    In blender combine all ingredients. Mix at low speed until smooth. For malted milk shake add 1 tablespoon malted milk. Makes 1 serving.

    TRIPLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE  

    1/2 cup butter

    4 1/2 cups sugar

    1 can (1 1/2 cups) evaporated milk

    4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

    2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

    1 12 oz bar sweet baking chocolate, chopped

    2 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped

    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    1/2 teaspoon butter rum schnapps or amaretto

    1 cup pecans, walnuts or macadamia nuts, chopped

    Line a brownie-sized baking pan with wax paper or foil, covering sides of pan. Spray with non-stick spray or grease foil with butter.

    Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk (do not use sweetened condensed milk) in a saucepan stirring over medium heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.

    While constantly stirring, turn to high heat and allow to reach a rolling boil. Once mixture is boiling, stop stirring and allow to boil for an additional 5 minutes, then remove pan from heat.

    Stir in marshmallows; when melted, add chocolate and continue to stir until all is melted and well combined. Stir in flavorings (vanilla and butter rum or amaretto), then add chopped nuts.

    Immediately spread mixture in the lined baking pan. Sprinkle with demerarra or colored sugar (optional).

    Allow to cool at least one hour before cutting into squares for serving.

  4. QUICK MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE  

    1 pkg. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips

    1 c. sweetened condensed milk (recipe below) or use purchased

    3 tbsp. butter

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    1 c. chopped walnuts

    SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK:

    Heat 3/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup water until sugar has dissolved. Add 1/4 cup butter. Stir until butter is melted. Heat to a boil. Put 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder into blender or food processor with steel blade in place. Process until smooth while adding butter mixture. Cool. Cover and refrigerate or use immediately to make the fudge. Makes 1 cup.

    1. Put chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Place over hot (not boiling) water. Stir until melted.

    2. Add condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Blend until butter is mixed into the chocolate. Stir in nuts.

    3. Spread into lightly oiled 4-6 inch loaf pan or 8 inch square pan. Cool until set and firm. Cut into squares. Makes 1 1/2 pounds fudge.

    CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE  

    3/4 c. milk

    3 tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup

    2 c. (1 pt.) vanilla ice cream

    Pour milk into blender. Add the chocolate syrup. Cover and blend until smooth. Add half the ice cream; cover and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ice cream. Enjoy!

    CRUNCHY MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE  

    1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels

    1 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter

    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

    In top of double boiler, over hot, not boiling water. Melt chocolate morsels and peanut butter. Remove from heat; stir in milk; mix well. Spread evenly into a waxed paper lined 8 inch square pan.

    Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

    CHOCOLATE, CHERRY OR PINEAPPLE MILK

    SHAKE  

    3/4 c. milk

    3 scoops ice cream

    1/4 c. chocolate topping or cherry topping or pineapple topping

    Place 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 2 seconds. Add 3 scoops vanilla ice cream. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth, about 5 seconds longer.

    If you want a cherry shake, put cherry topping instead of chocolate.

    If you want a pineapple shake, put pineapple topping instead of cherry or chocolate.
