Anyone knows how to plug electronics wires for tv?

Question

I just got a gift from a friend- new plazma tv , speakers, dvd, and thers like houndrents of wires with it- does anyone knows which web site can give me information about how to put them right?

all colour coded start with basic first. power cable then Ariel then turn it in  tune it in to make sure the screen works then use scart leads for dvd player if scart dosent work try a different scart and also different scart socket on tv to make sure its not the tv

I do know about any website, but you might try to research into the MANUAL of the TV if you are really clueless. What I would do is see how the plugs look like, and then all the cables I can. Nothing will happen if you plug the cables wrong, its a process of elimination, plus each cable is different(size, color coded, number of same entrances). It should be easy. So, either do research on the manuals of each item, or plug and chug.

i know about the dvd that the plugs at the end of the wires usually match the colours of the dvd. or the plug holes are labelled.

if its no help then there should be a few easy tips on a couple of websites.
