I have 1500 emil id has to replace it

  1. To find an replace all @'s with @msn.com:  Select a range, or don't (to search whole sheet), then go to:

    Edit > Replace

    Or short-cut: CTRL-H

    Find: @

    Replace with: @msn.com

    Click "Replace All"

    Or, to do it with a formula:

    =SUBSTITUTE(A1,"@","@msn.com")
