Anyone knows if someone can send letter to your home without asking you any personal information?

I just watched video clips days before, but I am not sure if they are free or not. The website has never asked me any credit card number or personal information before or after watching them. If they are not free, will they send statement to my home without asking me personal information? And, if they arenot free, will the website ask me the credit card number or personal information or register before i start watching them?

Hi,

there should be a notice that you would need to pay.  see if there's a faq section for the site or a privacy policy, or email them and ask.

if they don't have your personal info they can't bill you.

try to watch them and see what happens, if they ask you for any info, there's your answer.
