Hi guys, I am wondering if anyone (live/work/study in Montreal) knows a store that sells high-end electronics in Montreal.

I am going to buy something from a person who bought the gadget from this store. But I could not find the website of the store anywhere.

Could someone please advise me if this store has a good reputation and customer service and some related information? I would like to confirm the availability and warranty stuff of this store.

I greatly appreciate any help!! :)

Here is the information I have:

  1. Reverse lookup of the phone number (http://411ca.whitepages.com/search/Rever... yields different information:

    Electro Super Buy

    1439 rue Saint-Mathieu

    Montreal, QC H3H 2M4

    (514) 223-6861

A search of the central company registry (https://ssl.req.gouv.qc.ca/slc0110_eng.h... yields a second location at 603, BOULEVARD SAINT-MARTIN OUEST, LAVAL (QUÉBEC) H7M 1Y9

    Shareholders are:

    WEI, ZHU

    ZHANG, CHAO

    ZHANG, LI-JUAN

    GAO, JUN

Incorporated in 2004, nothing at the BBB.

Never been there myself but, from the looks of it, small time retailers importing cheap Asian overstock and knockoffs would be my guess.

  2. This is an eBay store also called: "ESP Pro Electronic Montreal"

I would  have a hard time calling them "High End" simply based on the other answers posted here and their eBay return policy (and I quote):

    1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR PROPERLY SHIPPED ORDERS.

    2. If you are not shipped the correct item, it must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of shipment. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or credit. The item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization. If the item is returned within the 7 day return window and the reason for return is verified, a refund or credit will be issued to buyer.

    3. Electro Super Prix, INC. DOES NOT PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS FOR THE PRODUCTS WE SELL. If the buyer experiences a problem with the product, the buyer should contact the manufacturer/warranty provider.

    4. If it is determined that your item was damaged in transit by the shipping company, an insurance claim will be filed and a refund will be given to the buyer AFTER the claim is paid by the shipping company

Personally, I'd rather buy from a store that backs up their products, but if you're helping a friend out (and presumably yourself at the same time), go right ahead. The product should at least still carry the original manufacturers warranty.

    Good Luck!

  3. Hi, to be honest,I have never heard of it but I suggest that if you want information on this random-*** store, that no offence but I doubt anyone has ever heard of, you should go there and check it out for yourself. if you dont know how to get there then here it is on mapquest:

    have a nice day.
