  1. Adobo means here in the Philippines is you can use either pork or chicken and you mixe it with soy sauce, venigar and you fried it with soy sauce and vinegar and  cooking oil...(*-*)


  2. it is our version of boullion...add it to water and you have plain stock....add it to meat...it is your spice!

    be careful not to add salt as most adobos re very salty!

    flavors include:

    res: beef

    pollo: chicken

    camarron : shrimp

    tomato

    i've never seen vegetable.....and you can find adobos at your local latin market & in most walmarts in the "mexican" aisle

  4. Its an all purpose seasoning..GOYA is a brand name.  You use it on meat,chicken pork,fish,it is also like a tenderizer..
