a choice to do nothing is still a decision. You can avoid it or trully make a decision and actually try instead of just doing nothing.

it means that even if you try to avoide choices, and just wanted to do nothing... it's still a decision you see, the choices in that part is to do something and to not do something and in your decision you chose to not to do anything! in evrything we do WE HAVE A CHOICE!

Everything we do or not do is a decision. If there are two paths, by avoiding to make a choice, you are still choosing something. You are choosing a third option. It means that the only time you don't make a choice is when someone makes a choice for you.
