i watched code blue and it was good

I haven't finished it yet.

Do you know where can i find episode 9- 11?

with subs of course

Episode 10 will air on tv this friday night (in Japan of course) so you will have to wait for it. The same goes for episode 11, but only the week after that. As for the 9, I do have this site which has 1 to 8 subbed. It will take an other day or so before the 9 is subbed. But they are quite fast and good, so I really recommend this site.
