I assume that you use the American name for a brotform or brotformen - a tradditional German bread mould used for the rising of the dough (also called proofing). The woven basket coils and flour dusting provide decorative shape for a traditional hearth loaf.

I have not found any cookshops here in the Uk tha sell them, but brought a few in Germany some time ago, you can get them online at places like Amazon
