  1. Nothing works. Just dont drink milk. Or eat anything with dairy products. You'll have more energy and lose like 10-20 pounds! Just eat calcium sublaments to keep your bones strong unless you could end up w/ a bone disease!  


  2. It gives me about thirty extra minutes. I just don't eat dairy or make sure I'll be near a restroom...  

  3. I rarely use milk products. The only thing that doesn't bother me is butter.

  5. Buy lactose-free milk or soy milk.

  6. i am, and one advice, dont subtitute with soya milk, you get alergic too if you drink to much and its not very good for your health.

    Instead of milk you can eat vegetables that have a lot of calcium. For example, brocolis have the equivalent of 5 glasses of milk in calcium.

    Dont worry much about it.
