Thinking of moving there maybe around Flagstand or Phoenoix

Any comments on jobs, rental etc...

I work in Phoenix and live in Mesa. I've lived in Phoenix as well. The economy is a big reason I moved here 7 years ago, and it hasn't let me down. And if you want to buy a house, now is the time. After the insane boom we had here, it's come back to Earth.
