Anyone live in California

Question

Just was curious to know if there's a color code in California. I heard you can't wear all blue or all red due to gangs. Or is it just a rumor and you can wear whatever you want?

that's the stupidest thing i've ever heard of!!! i live in LA where there are gangs and scary people everywhere and i've never gotten into any trouble by what i wear.

and plus, why would you want to wear all red or all blue?? that would make an ugly outfit!!!

My school doesn't care but i live in a beach town called San Clemente.

you can't wear any clothes with one color.some school has uniforms but you can't look kind of gangsta looking or goth.you can wear flat hat

sport team outfits but it just ain't looking right. you can't wear over sized clothes either.

It will probably depend on where you are living.  Some areas in LA you can get in trouble with local gangs if you are wearing the "wrong" color.  But in most of California that isn't the case.  Gangs have their own do's and don'ts, like in some areas white people shouldn't wear "southpark" clothing.  So it realy depends on where you are.
