Anyone live on the sunshine coast?

Im trying to move to Beerwah on the sunshine coast but im finding it hard to get a job over the iternet because im living in nsw at the moment. I need a job before i leave otherwise I wont be able to afford rent. Does any one have any advice or suggestions?

The only thing I can think of try seek.  But most people will want you to interview in person before they offer you a job.
