Well I do sometimes and it's my stomach! :X

i need advice on what you girl or guys do [besides crunches and sit ups]

cause i do karate 45 minutes a day 5X a week for almost a year but i need something more concentrated on the ab area.

any ideas? I'll help with some peoples Q's too :]]

  2. I just tighten my stomach ten times a day. Its usually in the shower or before i go to bed. You'll get results in a couple weeks!

    i eat less meals a day so my stomach shrinks and i wont be hungry
