Your better off joining a theater instead of looking for acting school.

for an agency:

google talent agencies in(wherever you live) if there are any in your city they will most likely appear there. if not, there are many good online agencies(make sure they are not a scam) never pay an agent before you get a job, only pay 10% of what you make after you get a job.
