  1. big spender

  2. Bookies love "mug" punters like you who dont know how bets work.

To make a profit - or stand a chance of making a profit - keep to simple bets!

Yes i know the big bucks can come from Multi bets but the chances of them ALL coming in is slim and they'll gladly take your money.

Patent is only seven bets the round robin is 10 so which did you put on???

Pick 1 race - study the form - check out the tipsters. make your selection and leave it there. Once you get to know your way then certainly go for multi bets but you really need to find your feet first.

I follow "Valuescope" in the daily mirror which covers 1 race every saturday. He gives reasons which selections should be ignored and which have a chance and normally plumps for 2 reasonable priced selections.

Having staked no more than £10 on his selections each saturday i am currently running a profit of £+630!!

This sat just gone he picked 2 in a smaller field than normal.

    Ibn khaldun @4/1 and ChiefCashier@9/1 - They finished 1st and 2nd respectively.

    I had a £5win @ 4/1 = £25 return

    £2 Reverse Forcast = £50.80 return

    I LOVE THIS MAN !

Oh did i mention you should hav esome money back .. go and get it and invest it more sensibly!

  3. If your each way bets were paying a fifth of the odds then you should return £3.01.You only need 1 winner to return something but obviously your loser would have let you down for some of the doubles in the bet.

    hope that helps
