Anyone no why i can make calls with a bt hub phone but cant recieve any?

im a novice at this so no technical answersjust laymans terms please if possible. used to be able to have done a system restore but no joy what is the problem thanks

go into manage home hub icon on your desktop this has a menu for call settings

Unplug the hub from the electric mains socket for two minutes.

Plug it back in and when the lights settle down your hub phone will be back to normal.

have you set it up in the hub manager what phone handsets you want to ring when a call comes in ?

on your computer open up Hub Manager...you'll see My Telephones....go to change settings and you'll be able to rectify the problem!!

You need to change the settings,you must have blocked all incoming calls.Go into your account and reset you call preferences.
