  1. I have heard of pickled pigs feet..

BUT,,,, like sardines anchovies and oysters and so many other special treats eaten from the can or jar.....

Sorry I have no idea,,, Even where you might find them..

    Ask the butcher...

  2. boil for approx. 45 to 65 min. depends on the amount of feet. combine 2 1/2 cups of Ketchup, 1/4 cup yellow Mustard, 4 tbs soy sauce, 1/3 cup Dark brown sugar and 3 tbs apple cider vinegar for the Sauce

  4. Are you actually referring to pig's feet or the shank/hock?

Pig's feet is mainly skin, tendon and a little fat.

Pig shank/hocks contain more meat and fat.

For pig's feet, I would think you'd have to precook the pig's feet to soften the skin and tendons before grilling (over high heat) or barbequing (low heat, long time)...

However, for the hock, you can put those in the smoker/barbeque without precooking.  Just apply some dry rub and let it smoke for 6 hours minimum.
