personally it depends on how you look some make up wont cure any thing just go for a retro look i saw a fashion documentary like 2 days ago and thats the trend be retro and simple because were in a recession so simplisity is a must

Well...u can either be colorful or artsy or neutral.

To look colorful: Use colored eyeliner like blue, and then do black mascera and then bright eyeshadow. I'd say use colored mascera but that might be too much.

Or too look artsy. Do like black eyeliner, blue mascera and red or yellow eyeshadow. I know that sounds kinda weird but i've seen girls pull it off.

Neutral: Brown eyeliner, dark brown mascera, gold eyeshadow.

also: a cute makeup look is "Smoky eyes" Do rly dark charcoal gray on the tip of ur lid like closest to ur eyelashes and then gradually use lighter grays until u reach ur brow line where u highlight with white.

then do gray or balck eyeliner and black mascera.

one of my favorites is;

Use black mascara and normal eyeliner (any color)

but on the inside corners of your eyes, apply a little line of white eyeshadow/liner. Then, when you smile, you look glowing :)

Also, apply some pink blush to the apples of your cheeks, and some lip gloss.
