Anyone order from Exoticsportbike.com ? Horrible Experience!?

Anyone else have problems with them? If so, what happened?

For me.....

I ordered from them and they told my 6-10 business days....2 months later...no part. They do not return my calls or my emails. 7 emails later and many phone messages..... no replies. They have a live chat and sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't They tell me it has shipped over and over again on the live chat, changing the shipping date each time. And every now any then I chat with someone who says it hasn't shipped. I would NEVER order from them again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I cancel they will charge me 20%, and when you buy exhaust for $800 you don't want to cancel and pay that. Don't buy from them, they are horrible.

  1. If you paid by credit card call them and let them know what is going on. They will be able to credit your account after you do a little paperwork.

    What kind of bike do you have??


  2. Buell XB9 is frikin awesome!

    I hate to tell you this, but try eBay next time. Much more accountability on the seller end.

    Best thing to do now is report them to the Better Business Bureau, or one of those on-line rating thingies.

    Actually, I think YA question titles come up in general searches, so keep asking this question in different ways. That way, when people look it up online, they see this questionable experience, and think twice!
