Anyone out there a bus aide/driver for trouble 5th and 6th graders?

I am a bus aide for troubled kids. The ones that make trouble, and I wanted to know it takes so much of my patience?I have to enforce the bus rules and make sure they get home and school safely. Doesnt leave much safety for me.No insurance benefits if I was to get hurt I would have to go on workmans comp.I hope I never have to do that.Maybe there is insurance I can buy? This is my 2nd week.
