Anyone out there a waitress & chili's or the olive garden?

I'm fed up with my job so I'm thinking about being a waitress for a while...I wouldnt mind bringing home money every night & meeting new people.

Be prepared to train alot for your new job.  Many people seem to think they just have to serve, but you have to know the menu, the drinks, the systems.  I always told new hires to pretend it was finals week, because there would be so much studying.

Sounds like a great job except for having to work the cash register too.  That pretty much sucks.  I'm thinking of working at Bob Evans.

If you enjoy working with people and can keep a positive attitude even when customers get grumpy, serving can be a lot of fun.  Usually the people are great and it's pretty good money.  country clubs are the best! :)  Good luck!

ok my experience it is so much fun and  you can bring home 100 a night that is friday and saturday.
