Anyone out there familiar with "a softer world"?

  1. I like this kind of art but I'm not familiar with "a softer world" as a name or concept. Of these I like all of them but #3, it doesn't really speak to me much. It seems like sort of a watered down, Hallmark-y, mainstreaming of the whole idea. Not to say sell-out exactly, but kinda. All the others remind me of stuff my punky friends and I did for each other back in the late 70's - early 80's, so it's almost a nostalgia trip for me. No computers, of course but we were way into found objects and collage. We used to actually write letters and did some amazingly cool stuff even with the envelopes. Ah, the good old days . . .

    Thanks for posting, I enjoyed it.


  2. I love the last and first one. :] They mean something to me, and the other don't really... At least, I can't think of a situation where they would.
