I live in a somewhat rural area and was recently told by a man at a state agency that there is funding available for starting such a school in my area, as right now, these adults have no appropriate classroom environment for continued learning.

He said my background did not matter as much as my ability to put together a curriculum and the ability to package it properly for funding.

Does anyone know where I might find help to do this?
