Anyone out there play College Volleyball?

Does anyone here play Girl's College Volleyball? If so, what is your dietary and fitness regiment? What are the coaches looking for on tryout day? Any tips for getting into the team? What things should I practice?

hey i play for KU womens volleyball team. and my coaches help me train a lot. lots or running and tons of time in the gym. and really work on your uper arm strenth to get a killer serve. rock chalk jayhawk
